| BIRTHDAY PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS |

- A deposit of £50.00 is required at time of booking and is non refundable.
- The final number of children must be confirmed and paid for, no less than 1 week prior to the party. This amount is also non-refundable.
- The party will not commence unless full payment has been received prior to the day of the party.
- FIREPOWER! reserves the right to change the party format as necessary for operational reasons.
- Please arrive no more than ten minutes before the start of your party.
- Each birthday party must have a minimum of ten children accompanied by two adults. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adults to supervise all children. Staff from the museum will be present to oversee and organise the party but will not take any responsibility for looking after the children.
- No responsibility will be taken by FIREPOWER! The Royal Artillery Museum for the loss of any personal belongings brought by children or adults to the party.
- All practical measures are taken to protect the health and safety of our visitors and staff. However all persons utilising the venue and its amenities do so at their own risk, and FIREPOWER! The Royal Artillery Museum accepts no liability for any accident or injury howsoever caused arising from such use.
- Please be aware that suitable clothing must be worn for the birthday party – i.e. jeans/tracksuit bottoms and trainers (trainers with wheels not permitted).
- Weather conditions for Military Style Drilling. Parents are welcome to have their party’s drilling session or a suitable alternative inside the Museum if they feel the weather conditions are unsuitable outside.
- Parents of children attending a party are advised to drop their children off and return to collect them. The Museum does not have the facilities to accommodate all waiting parents. There is a café located in the Museum and parents are welcome to purchase refreshments. If parents want to visit the museum while their children are attending the party the cost will be £2.00 per adult and £1 per accompanying child
- Please be advised WHEEL CLAMPING operates on site and we are not responsible for waiting parents and their vehicles.
- There is a pay and display car park located close by the Museum.
- By booking a camouflage Birthday Party at Firepower, The Royal Artillery Museum, you are accepting the procedures and the terms and conditions stated above.
